Samsung HMX-QF20 Full HD Camcorder, May 2012?

Like what has been showed at CES 2011, HMX-Q10, this new Samsung SD camcorder, HMX-QF20, displays an easy operation and the switch grip feature as main attraction. To follow the trend and demands, the company has included WiFi feature inside, so you can easily to share your contents to your favorite social networks or other WiFi-enabled devices.

What’s new?
Compared to HMX-Q10, this new camcorder is having nothing new on its sensor. It still keeps a 5.1MP BSI CMOS sensor. However, the Schneider-Kreuznach lens comes with better ability, 20x optical zoom and 40x digital zoom. In tandem with OIS Duo+, the QF20 enables to capture full-HD 1920 x 1080 60i/30p video in great-clear-top quality color without any blur with NTSC recording method through a 2.7-inch touch screen LCD.

In addition, this new camcorder depends all of storage problem to SD memory card. If you don’t count on WiFi, there are also USB, and HDMI port for sharing the contents to HDMI-enabled devices or to your laptop or other USB-enabled devices.

The pricing and the release date?
Dressed in 42.8 x 52.45 x 119 mm with 180g (without battery), Samsung HMX-QF20 camcorder is available now in Korean market in MSRP 449,000 won or around USD 397. Perhaps, it will hit Europe in middle April 2011 and followed in US in beginning of May 2012.
