I’m back after around three days tired by making a new face to this site. I hope that you will love it more than the old. I’m just trying to be closer to you. It’s not only me, LG also want to be closer to you with its new unique 4G LTE Smartphone, Optimus Vu.
The Optimus Vu brings a unique size ratio, 4:3, with a big screen, 5-inch 1024×768 IPS display. While Samsung said their Galaxy Note is neither a Smartphone nor a tablet, LG said clearly that the Optimus VU is still in Smartphone’s zone. The unique size, according to LG, will take your multimedia contents to entertain you more compared to common Smartphone. More, you can make note with your finger or dedicated Rubberdium pen, just like Galaxy Note.
In addition, this new smartphone also features a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 1GB DDR2, a 32GB eMMC built-in storage, HDMI, DLNA, a 8MP AF LED Flash rear camera, a 1.3MP front camera, 2.080mAH battery and so on. If you are looking for new Smartphone with Android 4.0 OS, this Smartphone will be there later, meanwhile for right now it’s keeping Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS inside.
Will it follow the success of Samsung with their Galaxy Note? I’m not sure, whether it will success or not we should take a good look of this Optimus Vu at MWC 2012. Why? Simple, because it’s a unique Smartphone and it’s the slimmest LTE Smartphone at market, only 8.5mm thickness.
If you are Korean, here is the good news: LG Optimus Vu Smartphone is going to hit Korean market in March 2012, after MWC 2012. And for America or Europe, it probably will come in April 2012. Sorry, I didn’t find yet the information related to the pricing. The detail about this Smartphone will be leaked at MWC 2012.
