DJI Agriculture has unveiled its newest generation of agricultural drones at Agritechnica 2025 in Hannover — the Agras T100, T70P, and T25P. Designed to transform how farmers spray, spread, and now even lift materials, these drones mark a major leap in precision farming efficiency and automation.
From Spraying to Lifting: Expanding Drone Applications
After more than a decade of development, DJI Agriculture continues to refine the balance between payload, precision, and safety. Each model in the new Agras series expands its role beyond traditional spraying and spreading. The drones can now handle lifting operations — ideal for moving materials in challenging terrains or remote fields. The new lineup integrates enhanced radar and vision systems, allowing fully automated flight routes and adaptive obstacle avoidance even in low-visibility conditions.
The focus this year is not only on greater productivity but also on reducing chemical waste and minimizing operator fatigue. With smarter systems and stronger propulsion, the new Agras series redefines what aerial farming can achieve on both small and industrial scales.
Agras T100: Built for Large-Scale Efficiency
The Agras T100 is built for commercial-scale agriculture. It carries up to 100 L for spraying, 150 L for spreading, or 80 kg for lifting — doubling the performance of its predecessor. Equipped with LiDAR, millimeter-wave radar, and a Penta-Vision system, the T100 delivers unmatched precision and safety. The standard dual sprinklers provide a flow rate of 30 L/min, while the optional four-sprinkler configuration pushes it to 40 L/min.
Its spreading system features a new screw feeder that boosts the maximum flow rate by 270%, allowing faster coverage for fertilizers or seeds. Designed for vast farmlands, it can handle large operations with minimal downtime, making it the flagship for heavy-duty agricultural use.
Agras T70P: The Balanced Workhorse
Positioned just below the T100, the Agras T70P offers a smart balance between portability and capacity. It supports 70 L spraying, 100 L spreading, or 65 kg lifting, maintaining the same droplet quality and efficiency as the larger model. With Safety System 3.0, which includes millimeter-wave radar and a Tri-Vision system, the T70P can intelligently detect obstacles, plan routes, and optimize its flight path for better efficiency.
This model suits professional operators who require strong performance but prefer a slightly lighter frame for easier deployment. It’s perfect for mixed-farm environments, where adaptability is as important as power.
Agras T25P: Compact, Automated, and Field-Ready
The Agras T25P continues DJI’s push for flexibility and solo operation. It features a 25 kg high-precision screw feeder spreading system 4.0 and the same Safety System 3.0 found in the T70P. With a spraying capacity of 20 kg and a flow rate of 16 L/min, it supports droplet sizes between 50 and 500 ?m — ideal for orchards, vineyards, and terraced fields.
The T25P can conduct fully automated aerial mapping, terrain-following, and precision spraying. Foldable and lightweight, it’s the go-to tool for individual farmers or operators needing a drone that can map, spray, and spread — all from a single device.
Empowering Operators through DJI Academy
To support the expanding use of agricultural drones, DJI Agriculture is extending its DJI Academy training program across Europe. The updated curriculum covers advanced flight techniques, safety protocols, and precise spreading and spraying operations. This initiative ensures that every operator can maximize efficiency while maintaining safety and compliance with regional aviation authorities.
With regulatory acceptance growing and technology evolving, DJI’s latest Agras series represents a significant step toward smarter and more sustainable farming operations. The DJI Agriculture ecosystem continues to bridge the gap between innovation and practicality, offering farmers tools that work harder, faster, and safer than ever before.
Pricing and Availability: The DJI Agras T100, T70P, and T25P are now available through authorized DJI Agriculture dealers in Europe, Central Asia, and Africa, with deliveries starting immediately following Agritechnica 2025.
