Recently Panasonic announced to add a new interchangeable lens camera in Lumix G family, DMC-GF2. With 112.8(W)x67.8(H)x32.8(D)mm and 265g weight(body only), Panasonic claimed that this camera is the lightest and smallest in the world for its class. Maybe it’s true, at least in Panasonic area. Compared with its predecessor DMC-GF1, 19% smaller in size and approx. 7% lighter in weight.
Featuring 12.1-megapixel high speed Live MOS sensor, a new pop-up mechanism built-in flash, customizable Touch Q-menu and high performance Venus Engine FHD, this Panasonic camera provides you an easier way to put your finger on 3.0-inch touchscreen TFT LCD for recording high image quality in photo or movie in full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution at 60i (NTSC) / 50i (PAL) in AVCHD.
