BenQ nReader R100 Tablet PC Ready For CES 2011 Slate Battle

Taiwanese company, BenQ will try their luck in Slate-Battle at CES 2011. For that, the company is already preparing a 10.1-inch touch screen with 1024×600 pixel resolution tablet PC, R100 which is based on Android Froyo OS and a 800MHz Samsung ARM-processor.

The most interesting on this BenQ thing, the nReader R100 contains battery that supports the slate for 12 hours in full charge for normal use and also English-Chinese language supported. As it only has a 800MHz clock speed, I doubt this gadget can roll our games or other heavy tasks perfectly.
Like most slates, the nReader R100 features SD slot, mini HDMI port, mini-USB port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, and Bluetooth. For storage, the device equips 8GB memory.

BenQ didn’t reveal the price tag of R100 yet but it will be paired with contents deal material such magazine, books, and newspaper subscription. You must don’t expect to much of this gadget, because BenQ usually will launch its things in Asian market first, and “probably” in US after.
