This Dandy Gadget: This year, I must remember it that it’s time when Canon USA unveiled three LCD projector models of LV series; Canon LV-7375, LV-8300, and LV-7370 which are made in an ergonomic design that able you to transport these projectors to every where you want. The company said that these projectors are ideal for both educational and business environments.
Let’s talk one by one of them, starting with LV-8300. It is the first-ever native WXGA widescreen with 1200×800 pixel resolution that contains 16:10 aspect ratio. So, it’s avoiding the need for compression and/or unsightly distortion by LV-8300. The rest, this gadget features 3000 lumens with 500:1 contras ratio, 1.2 optical zoom lens with up to 21-300 inches screen size result, DVI-I interface, built-in network connection, and 7-watt speakers. Compacted in 317x111x336mm dimension and 3.3kg mass.
Canon LV-7375 and LV-7370 have the identical specs as LV-8300 with also in same design. The LV-7375 contains 3500 lumens in XGA native resolution with 1024×768 pixels. While LV-7370 equips 3000 lumens in XGA native resolution with 1024×768 pixels.
Although they all contain an identical specs but the price of each display slightly different. Canon LV-8300 has $1,399 cost, $1,799 for LV-7375, and $1,299 for LV-7370. They all will be available in mid-March 2009 with Three-Year Limited Warranty. [Dandy Gadget Source]
