As one of official watchmaker of Formula 1, Hublot showed you a new Formula One limited edition watch, F1 King Power Suzuka, inspired by Japanese Formula 1 circuit. Stately, this new watch brings the most important thing in racing, high performance brake disk, to be formed onto the Zirconium bezel by black ceramic.
This new exlusive watch shows impressively the combination between red, white and black. The dial is covered in mat black and white color with red markers and its hour hands in white. Again, you will see that combination on its strap, using black rubber and white Nomex with red stitching. White and red are taken from Japanese flag.
Like King Power Red Devil, it comes with large reset and start buttons, and Hublot’s logo on its crown. What confused me is why Hublot was inviting Jang Geun Seok, Korean actor, as special guest at charity auction of the F1 King Power Suzuka model numbered “0 of 250” for KEF and not a Japanese actor like Hiro Mizushima. It’s a Suzuka’s thing, Japanese watch, right?
Powered by HUB 4214 Self-winding skeleton chronograph movement with a 48mm Zirconium case, Hublot F1 King Suzuka watch is available in only 250 pieces. [Dandy Gadget Gadget]
