Are you i-Slave? Sorry, are you an Apple fan? Geanee has something interesting for you, a new pico projector, MPJ-50, that can project the contents of your iPhone, iPad and iPod from 0.3 – 3m distance with 30-inch image size at 1m range.
Powered by Texas Instruments DLP brilliant color technology with 3 LED (RGB), this new gadget boasts up to 50 lumens, 16:9 / 4:3 aspect ratio, 800:1 contrast ratio and up to full HD 1080p projected images resolution. So, even it comes with so compact and lightweight body, 77(D) x 60(W) x 11.1(H)mm with 65g mass, the pocket size doesn’t restrict its ability to rock your i-Things’s contents to the edge of their limit.
The problem, perhaps, is only its built-in speaker. The MPJ-50 only equips a 0.5W built-in mono speaker. It’s a wise decision to not push the sound too loud. And of course, there is a limit in the usage of this mobile projector, the battery that need 2 hours charging time to achieve its full condition only can serve you up to 50 minutes in normal use or up to 90 minutes in safe mode. And it’s not yet tested on iPhone5.
The release date and pricing
Geanee MPJ-50 pico projector is going to hit Japanese market on December 01, 2012 in 19,800 yen or around $244.99. Unfortunately, it seems Santa will not bring this thing to US.. too bad. Did I mention Micro USB and AV interface?
