Nikon is not only unveiling one camera on its new 1 system. Along with Nikon J1, the company also included Nikon V1 for more serious users. The camera brings a built-in Electronic View Finder.
Together with 10.1MP 13.2 mm x 8.8mm CMOS sensor and EXPEED 3 technology, according to Nikon, it boasts the world’s fastest continuous shooting speed at 60fps compared to other interchangeable lenses camera as well as capable to record Full HD Movie 1080/60i and slow motion movie 400fps.
Talking about its design, the simple design, only three buttons at top, helps you to take your shot in easiest and fastest way. Meanwhile, at rear face features a simple mode dial near the 3-inch 920k dot LCD monitor. It’s a great design, right? However, I don’t like its colors option, only black and white. Nikon should add red color as an option, right?
Fashioned in 113 x 76 x 43.5 mm and 394g (body only), Nikon V1 Mirrorless camera is expected to hit market in October 20 2011 in $899.95 including 10-30mm lens kit. Is it more powerful than Canon Powershot SX40HS? [Dandy Gadget Source]
