Pentax X70 DSLR Camera With Triple Shake Reduction Technology

This Dandy Gadget: It’s time for Pentax to show his power at PMA 09. While Sony proudly brings a new technology, Exmos Sensor, G lens, and BIONZ image processor in its DSC-HX1, Pentax carries Triple Shake Reduction technology in their latest DSLR camera, X70, with interesting price at $399.99.

The two technologies, Exmos sensor and Triple Shake Reduction technology have the same purpose to shot a moment in high speed without shake and blurring. In Cyber-Shot DSC-HX1 we only have 10fps but through this camera you can get up to 11fps. The Triple Shake Reduction technology applies in three section; Mechanical shake Reduction via a CCD shift mechanism, Digital Shake Reduction via high ISO, and Movie Shake Reduction for blur-free video capture.

In addition, the X70 features a 12.0 megapixel camera with 24x optical zoom, a 2.7 inch LCD screen with 230,000 dots resolution, and 720p(15fps) HD movie with 848×480 VGA and QVGA resolutions.

Pentax X70 will be shipped in April 2009. But you can see it in PMA 09 at Las Vegas. [Dandy Gadget Source]
