According to company, that ink system can produce a high quality result in both color and monochrome photos in speedy, 9600 x 2400 color dpi resolution in only 20 seconds for 4″ x 6″ photos. It makes sense since this printer doesn’t need to mix all color in producing grey color. Directly it reduces the time process and avoid the unnecessary usage of the color ink.
Meanwhile for scanning and copying, this new printer uses high resolution CCD sensor with a built-in film adapter. Thus, you can do scan for both document and film with high quality result, up to 4800 x 9600 resolution (19,200 x 19,200 dpi interpolated max resolution) as well as having a speedy copy at up to 24 cpm for black and up to 19 cpm for color.
