Sony Alpha SLT-A77 A-Mount Lenses Camera, the World’s First!

Like NEX-7, the new Sony Alpha A-mount lenses camera, SLT-A77, is bringing the Translucent Mirror technology with an integrated XGA OLED Tru-Finder and 24.3 MP Exmor APS HD CMOS sensor which enhanced by BIONZ image processor.

The new camera boasts the truly powerful autofocus system with 11 cross sensor to deliver the world’s fastest 12 fps 24 MP full-resolution continuous bust shooting with phase-detection AF. Along with NEX-7, Sony Alpha SLT-A77 also has a right to hold the world’s first DSLR camera with XGA OLED Tru-Finder. It’s not over yet, it’s also world’s first 3-way tilt LCD camera.

Back to shooting field, the camera has ability to capture full HD video recording at 60 fps that you can preview or playback through a 3.0-inch 921k dots resolution Xtra Fine LCD with TruBlack technology. And it comes with front and rear intuitive control dials and supported by top-mounted LCD data display to take you to next experience by offering wide range flexibility to handle your shot based on your need. For giving you more pleasure, the camera also offers 11 modes picture effect, 15 creative styles setting, 9 scene selection and more.

Fashioned in 142.6 (W) x 104.0 (H) x 80.9 (D) mm and 653 g (body only) with ergonomic grip design, Sony Alpha SLT-A77 camera is expected to hit US market along with SLT-A65 in October 2011 for MSRP $2000 with the new SAL1650 f2.8 lens, or $1400 (for body only).  It’s $200 more expensive than NEX-7.
