Along with ATH-WS50 and ATH-WS70 over-ear headphones, Audio-Technica also will introduce ATH-CKS70 and ATH-CKS50 earphones. I’m sorry to say “garbage” in the title. Those gadgets have been available in Japan from June 19, 2009 and now it’s going to move to CES 2011 at Las Vegas.
Both Audio-Technica solid bass in-ear headphones feature Double Air Damping System technology, a 12.5mm diameter driver, 16 ohm impedance, 100mW maximum input, 5-24,000 Hz playback frequency and 3.5mm gold-plated stereo mini jack. While ATH-CKS50 is only having 104dB/mW Sound Pressure Level, the ATH-CKS70 contains 106dB/mW.
Audio-Technica ATH-CKS50 and ATH-CKS70 earphones are expected to hit US market in February at pricing $119.95 (ATH-CKS70 in black color) and $69.95 (ATH-CKS50 in black and white colors). Luckily, you can get a lower price at accessoryjack.com for only $69.99 for ATH-CKS70 and $42.99 for ATH-CKS50. See at CES 2011 for detail and other information. [Dandy Gadget Source]
