Garmin is expanding its wearable lineup with the CIRQA Smart Band, a screen-free health and fitness tracker designed for users who want detailed wellness data without another display demanding attention. The discreet wearable monitors health metrics throughout the day and night, records workouts, and sends its data to the Garmin Connect app. Unlike many modern health platforms, its core tracking tools do not require a subscription.

A Screen-Free Approach to Everyday Tracking

The most distinctive part of CIRQA is its screen-free design. There are no notifications, menus, or glowing watch faces competing for attention during work, exercise, or sleep. Instead, users review their information through Garmin Connect on a compatible smartphone.
